We accept most PPO and PDP insurance plans. We do not accept HMO or DMO insurance plans. Examples of some of the insurance companies we work with are Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetDental, MetLife, Principal, United Concordia, United Healthcare, and UMR.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept 32BJ and Cigna UFT (United Federation of Teachers) plans. If you do not see your insurance company listed here or you are not sure whether or not we accept your insurance, please contact us.

If you don’t have insurance, we do offer competitive pricing for those paying out-of-pocket.
